The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Head of AI. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates comfortably at executive level, and has the ability to translate vision into execution.
The Chief of Staff will orchestrate strategic initiatives across engineering, product, research, finance and executive leadership. This individual will help shape priorities, drive operational excellence, ensure organizational alignment, and maximize the effectiveness of the AI leadership team.




Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipServe as a trusted thought partner to the Head of AI on strategy, organizational priorities, and executive decision-making.
Translate strategic objectives into measurable execution plans across the AI organization.
Identify emerging opportunities, risks, dependencies, and organizational gaps before they become issues.
Conduct strategic analyses to support investment decisions, business cases, and executive recommendations.
Executive OperationsDrive the operating rhythm of the AI organization, including leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and executive communications.
Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights.
Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on strategic priorities.
Cross‐Functional LeadershipBuild trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Research, Legal, Security, Finance, HR, Corpora
