General Manager Organisational PerformanceLead organisational performance. Latrobe City Council is seeking an experienced and contemporary executive leader, to lead its Organisational Performance division and play a key role in delivering the organisation's strategic priorities and Latrobe City 2035 Community Vision.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager Organisational Performance provides strategic leadership across Business Improvement, Financial Support, Governance, and People & Culture. The role has a broad organisational remit, connecting strategy, people, resources, governance and performance to support effective service delivery and strong outcomes for the community.
