As a Cordant Solutions Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales of hardware, software, and service solutions across the Iberia region. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, develop tailored solutions, and support sustainable commercial growth.
As a Cordant Solutions Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:




Developing and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline for Cordant Solutions products and services within the Iberia region.
Supporting the development of commercial proposals, pricing frameworks, and customer-specific commercial arrangements.
Managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple customer and internal stakeholders.
Collaborating with Commercial, Engineering, Product Management, and Service teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
Managing the complete sales process, including opportunity creation, forecasting, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity information within Salesforce and Deal Machine platforms.
Monitoring market trends and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate successful experience in B2B sales and customer relat
