- Design strategic frameworks for general multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and content syndication
- Make commercial trade-off decisions, analyze performance, identify diminishing returns, and reallocate spend and effort
- Define campaign architectures across awareness, lead generation, nurture, conversion, and customer expansion
- Brief the Content and Creative team on campaign asset needs and strategic direction
- Design and execute digital ABM campaign strategies for named accounts and account segments
- Architect multi-touch ABM plays across paid media, personalized content, email sequences, and retargeting
- Stay current on ABM tactics, platforms, and approaches, and recommend what Duetto should adopt, test, or stop
- Define account-level ABM measurement frameworks and use insights to reshape strategy




- Design and optimize nurture strategies across acquisition and expansion
- Define campaign strategies for customer upsell, cross-sell, and adoption
- Prioritize conversion optimization efforts based on commercial impact
- Own campaign and channel performance analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Define adaptations of global campaign strategies for local markets
- Provide strategic performance analysis by territory for regional teams and leadership
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in the marketing technology stack
- Recommend improvements to integration between campaign platforms, CRM, and lead routing systems
- Ensure campaign infrastructure supports the Growth Marketing team's strategic goals
- Champion clean data practices and campaign hygiene
- Use AI for audience research, competitive analysis, performance modeling, and scenario planning
- Test AI-driven approaches, share results, and help the Growth
