About the Role
As our Senior Direct-Response Copywriter, you will create high-performing copy across e-commerce acquisition funnels, including advertorials, sales pages, landing pages, VSLs, and upsells, with a strong focus on converting cold traffic into customers.
This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced DTC e-commerce copywriter who understands how to turn customer insights and creative angles into copy that drives measurable performance. You'll work closely with Media Buying and Creative teams to develop, test, and iterate messaging based on what is actually working in market.
What You'll Own
Write high-converting advertorials and native-style content designed to engage and convert cold traffic without feeling like traditional advertising.
Own copy across direct-response e-commerce funnels, including landing pages, sales pages, product pages, upsells, and other key conversion touchpoints.
Write and iterate on video sales letters (VSLs) and long-form sales copy, developing compelling narratives, hooks, offers, and calls to action.
Turn customer research,



market insights, and performance learnings into new messaging angles and copy concepts.
Approach every asset with a performance mindset, using conversion data and testing results to understand what works, identify opportunities, and continuously improve copy.
Partner closely with Media Buying and Creative teams to align messaging, angles, and offers with campaign performance and broader acquisition strategy.
Develop and test different hooks, angles, mechanisms, offers, and messaging frameworks, continuously building on winning concepts.
Use AI tools strategically to accelerate research, ideation, iteration, and production while maintaining strong judgment, originality, and writing quality.
As you grow into the role, contribute to raising the quality of copy across the team, providing thoughtful feedback and helping develop more junior copywriters.
