We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate TSA carve-out and IT separation activities as part of a complex business divestiture or transformation program.
The role will be responsible for managing the separation and transition of applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, vendors, and IT services from the existing environment into a standalone target setup, while ensuring business continuity and successful TSA exit.
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT carve-out and TSA exit projects .




Manage separation and migration activities across applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
Coordinate activities across IT, business functions, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams.
Drive application and data migration activities from legacy or parent-company environments into new standalone environments.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project status reporting.
Support cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-transition stabilization.
Strong experience in IT Project Management , preferably within large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A; programs.
Proven experience managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation projects .
