We are a general leader in the experience analytics space, with a growing presence across 15 offices worldwide. We’re looking for a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology, Data and Transformation .
You’ll play a key role in building a scalable, secure and data-driven People function — owning global governance, driving Workday strategy, leading cross-functional cycles and helping us unlock the potential of automation and AI.
Global People Governance
Own and drive alignment across global People processes, working closely with People Business Process Owners and senior People leadership.
Act as a key escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data matters.
Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure strong controls,



segregation of duties and secure access to People data.
Act as a strategic Business Process Owner and key partner to our Workday Product Owner and ISD.
People Data & Analytics
Own global governance and integrity of People data, ensuring it is clean, consistent, secure and ready for advanced analytics and AI.
Partner with the business to develop dashboards, reporting and data solutions that enable better decision-making.
Oversee data access requests and ensure sensitive People data is appropriately protected.
Lead major People cycles such as performance and compensation reviews, coordinating delivery across multiple People functions.
Drive change management, communication, documentation and training to ensure successful adoption of new Workday processes.
Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
