Qalea is seeking a security-focused engineer to own and evolve our security infrastructure—from endpoint detection to cloud and code security. You will operate and improve an open-source stack across AWS/GCP, manage client environments, and automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual work. Based in Barcelona with occasional remote days, you will collaborate with a small team, communicate security risks clearly to CTOs, and help scale our platform as we grow.
