Collaboration: Work alongside UX, Architecture, and Security to scope features that are feasible, secure, and user-centric.
Agile Leadership: Lead refinements and PI planning, ensuring the dev team has clarity on the "What" and the "Why".
Translate laboratory needs into technical requirements and demo working software to business partners.
Agile Proficiency: Proven experience in Agile environments (SAFe is a plus) using Jira and Confluence.
A background in software dev, healthcare, or biomedical engineering is highly preferred.
