Position Overview
As part of the talented Global Sales team, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and expand Navico Group’s footprint across primarily Marine markets with ancillary focus on Mobile & Industrial markets in the EMEA region.



With oversight of a $260M+ revenue portfolio, you will lead a high‑performing, region‑wide sales organisation, driving commercial excellence and operational efficiency. This role holder is a visionary leader who can forge and nurture relationships with senior and C‑level executives, align cross‑functional teams, and translate market insights into actionable strategies that position Navico Group as a category leader.
