As our User Researcher, you will be responsible for driving user-centered decision making across our digital products by planning, executing, and communicating high-quality research that informs design and product strategy.
ResponsibilitiesPlanning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycleTranslating research findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design teamsCollaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product direction and visionSelecting appropriate research methods (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys,



analytics) based on research questionsCreating and maintaining research documentation, repositories, and insight trackingAdvocating for user needs and embedding a user-centered mindset across the organizationSupporting and mentoring designers and product teams in conducting lightweight researchWho are we looking for?
Aside from being a skilled researcher, you are curious, proactive, and passionate about understanding user behavior.
You will have relevant experience in a similar role, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in user research within a multi-domain digital product environmentStrong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to effectively plan and execute studiesAbility to clearly communicate insights and influence stakeholders up to C-levelExperienc
