Let’s Talk About The Role
As a Lead Tendering Manager ,
you will manage the end-to-end tendering process for Power Transmission projects, developing competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals. You will work closely with Sales, Commercial, Project Management and integral factory teams to ensure accurate costing, pricing, risk assessment and successful project handover.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and solutions during the pre-ITO process, working closely with Commercial teams and analysing customer requirements, scope, specifications, schedules, performance and costs.
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, from opportunity identification through proposal submission and follow‑up of outcomes.
- Participate in GO/NO GO decisions and tender approvals with the Tendering Manager, PSS and KAMs.
- Prepare offer costing, tender documentation, risk analysis and project margin estimates in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
