Corporate attorney The legal and corporate attorney will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, governance, and ideally, insurance distribution matters. The role will act as a trusted business partner, supporting the company's strategic objectives through the provision of pragmatic, risk-based legal advice, while ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Supporting the Head of Legal: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and corporate documentation. Provide practical legal advice in relation to contracting strategies, contractual risk management, and dispute avoidance. Promote a proactive legal culture and foster early engagement with Legal on strategic initiatives.
Draft minutes, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions,



corporate certificates, powers of attorney, and other governance documentation. Maintain corporate records and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable corporate governance requirements.
Participate in strategic projects involving business expansion, operational transformation, governance enhancements, and regulatory change.
Insurance Regulatory and Distribution Support (desirable): Advise on insurance distribution activities and applicable regulatory requirements, including the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and related local implementing legislation. Provide legal advice on customer-facing processes, distribution arrangements, delegated service models, and outsourcing structures. Requirements You are professionally qualified in the legal sector.
