We are looking for a VP of Operations to take full ownership of Fourvenues operational engine. Report to: CEO
The VP of Operations is a key position to drive the company’s Operational Engine.



Implementations (festivals, POS, phased rollouts)
Finance operations (KPIs, margins, cost control)
Act as the main owner of end-to-end operational performance.
Process, KPIs & Data

Ensure reliable, timely and actionable data for decision-making.
Work closely with the Data team to build scalable reporting models.
Coordinate international operations, ensuring consistency while allowing local adaptation.
Identify and validate new business opportunities.
Support strategic projects with key clients requiring complex, phased implementations.
Reports directly to the CEO
Senior experience in Operations / Business Operations in SaaS B2B.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on data & KPI ownership.
Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS economics.
Ability to lead, coach and develop multiple small teams with limited middle management.
Background close to ticketing, events, POS or high-volume tran
