AbbVie in Iberia seeks an OEC Manager to lead the Ethics & Compliance program across Iberia. You will report to the AbbVie Office of Ethics & Compliance and advise managers on regulatory requirements, policies, and anti-bribery standards to protect the business and patients.
You will coordinate monitoring, governance, and training, collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Finance and MLOR, and drive continuous improvement in compliance across all functions in Spain and Portugal.
