Job Summary
The Procurement Expert is responsible for managing third-party suppliers to ensure performance, compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with business needs. This role oversees supplier onboarding, contract governance, spend control, risk mitigation, and operational support, acting as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Responsibilities
Strategic Vendor Management
- Identify, qualify, evaluate,



and onboard suppliers aligned with business and operational requirements
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with critical suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, and long-term collaboration

Contract Negotiation and Management
- Negotiate commercial contracts, operational clauses, and service level agreements (SLAs), particularly in regions without local procurement support
- Ensure contracts are properly documented, up to date, and monitored for renewals and expirations

PR, PO, and Spend Management
- Manage the creation, tracking, and approval of purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs)
- Monitor and analyze supplier-related operational spend (EMS spend), identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

Vendor Onboarding and Offboarding
- Execute standardized supplier onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with general policies
- Ensure proper documentatio
