This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of complex product domains within a fast-growing fintech environment. You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams to turn ambiguous challenges into scalable solutions.
Success will depend on strong product judgment, rigorous use of data, and the ability to influence decisions across teams without formal authority.
The position offers significant autonomy and international exposure, with a particular focus on Brazilian market needs, regulation, and fintech dynamics.
Identify, assess, and size opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and risk reduction using customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and data.
Build and manage relationships with external partners, including credit bureaus, payment networks, data providers, lenders, and other strategic technology partners, from initial evaluation through launch and optimization.
Develop high-quality product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria,



enabling Engineering teams to execute independently and efficiently.
Own product prioritization, balancing customer value, commercial impact, risk, regulatory constraints, and technical considerations.
Partner with Engineering leadership to support predictable delivery, strong technical quality, and long-term platform health.
Use experimentation, analytics, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve product performance.
Work closely with Data, Risk, and Analytics teams to establish reliable measurement, monitoring, and feedback loops.
Act as a strategic product partner to Engineering, Risk, Data, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Commercial teams, building alignment across different priorities and constraints.
Communicate product vision, trade-offs, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
