Help define and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
Implement and optimise processes and tools to enable consistent and scalable training delivery worldwide.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging training content.
Support communication strategies that increase awareness of and engagement with training initiatives.
Your Profile Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development.
