Role Overview
As People Partner, you act as a strategic internal partner to our managers and employees in your region. You bring local expertise to advise, coach and support them, in line with our ambition to become a true leader in software and payments solutions.
What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with managers and employees and act as a sparring partner on all operational and strategic HR matters.
- Support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.




- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Implement global and central HR measures, policies and processes locally, in line with local legal, contractual and personnel requirements.
- Make sure HR processes and methodologies are clearly communicated, understood and applied.
- Handle disciplinary and employee relations matters, such as warnings and redundancies.
- Work closely with other local HR teams, Integral HR and central HR Services.

Who you are
- 5 years of proven experience as an HR administrator or generalist, or in a similar HR role.
- Solid knowledge of local labour law and employment practices.
- Experience with HRIS / ATS.
- Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
