Creative Ownership & Execution: Lead the end-to-end design process, taking conceptual briefs for Social Media, PR and General Affairs and turning them into polished, "ready-to-post" assets.
Strategic Brand Guardianship: Act as the final filter for our visual identity, ensuring every piece of content, from a quick social post to a PR activation, is consistent.
Serve as the primary design point of contact for internal teams; Manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and potential delegations of tasks to a freelancer to ensure no deadline is ever missed.
Collaborative Synergy: Technical Mastery: You are an expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva.
Academic & Portfolio Foundation:



You hold a diploma in Graphic Design (or similar) and can provide a compelling portfolio (heads up: we can't consider applications without one).
Communication Skills: You can explain design decisions clearly to non-creatives and have the confidence to manage stakeholder "asks" effectively.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to bring static designs to life with motion, or previous experience coordinating workflows and mentoring junior designers.
