Elha Laser Center is seeking a CRM Manager to own the customer lifecycle and CRM strategy across Elha and Láserum in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. You will design journeys that drive recurrence, repurchase and long-term value, and lead the rollout of our segmentation model. You will collaborate with marketing and data partners, manage external freelancers, and apply AI for copywriting, segmentation and automation.
