Key Responsibilities
- Agency Operations GOM Compliance Support
- Support Regional Digital Marketing Managers in monitoring agency adherence to the General Operating Model across all markets
- Consolidate monthly and quarterly agency performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, etc.) across regions into global reporting dashboards
- Coordinate agency deliverable timelines — ensuring performance briefs, digital plans, and optimizations are submitted on schedule and to global standards
- Support RFP processes by coordinating documentation, evaluation criteria, timelines, and stakeholder inputs across regions
- Assist in onboarding new agencies — preparing GOM orientation materials, access requirements, reporting templates, and compliance checklists
- Maintain and update GOM documentation,



playbooks, and compliance checklists as the model evolves
- Flag agency performance risks, adherence gaps, or cross-market inconsistencies to Regional Managers for escalation
- Budget Performance Reporting Support
- Support Regional Managers in tracking digital budget allocation among agencies and channels across markets
- Compile performance data to help identify underperforming channels and inform reallocation recommendations
- Assist in preparing quarterly deep-dive performance materials and strategic recommendations for regional and general stakeholders
- Audit media buy efficiency data and consolidate cross-market learnings for Regional Manager review
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all agency-submitted reports
