They are responsible for defining, configuring, and delivering project tasks across all phases of implementation and support to ensure reliable and compliant payroll operations.



A strong understanding of Turkish payroll legislation and fluency in Turkish are essential for success in this role.## Key Responsibilities* Provide expert support and configuration within the SAP HCM environment, with a primary focus on Turkish Payroll and Time Management.* Resolve complex payroll-related issues, including schema and rule adjustments, wage types, payroll calculations, absence management, and legal reporting requirements.* Ensure compliance with Turkish statutory and regulatory requirements and support year-end activities and legislative updates.* Collaborate on service improvements for customer-specific solutions and the broader SAP HCM platform.* Perform integrated testing to ensure solutions meet customer and business requirements.* Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and junior consultants.* Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across projects
