About the role: As a Team Manager HR Operations, you are responsible for leading and managing an HR operations Team to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery. Beyond operational excellence, you actively drive continuous improvement, automation and quality enhancement across payroll services.

Which tasks can you expect? Lead the HR Operations Team to deliver high-quality HR outsourcing services in accordance with the scope of the contract and SLAs
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions and tax withholdings
Guarantee compliance with all applicable legal, tax, social security and internal company regulations
Review and approve payroll results to ensure quality, accuracy and deadlines are met
