Position Summary The Partner Account Technical Strategist (ATS) plays a critical role in strengthening partner engagement, enhancing lifecycle visibility, and driving growth in Citrix-based solutions. This role bridges the gap between Citrix and its partners, enabling them to effectively sell, position, and support our products throughout the customer lifecycle. To achieve this, the Partner Account Technology Strategist works with the partner to identify and match Citrix technologies with a customer's business issues and objectives. They assist the partner in developing business value propositions around Citrix products and solutions thus driving innovation and wide-scale adoption. In summary, the Partner ATS drives sales with technical expertise, account management skills, sales ability, and a superior customer focus.
Provide resources and training to empower partners to sell Citrix-based solutions.
Conduct joint sales activities such as webinars, bootcamps, conferences, and videos.
Manage provisioning and configuration of NFR licensing and demo environments.




Deliver product feature training and support Citrix-based offering development.
Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for Citrix's vision and associated technologies.
Assess the potential application of Citrix products to meet customers' business needs.
Align partner goals and services offerings with Citrix's broader strategic objectives
Drive the expansion of use cases and increase adoption of Citrix-based services
Drive initiatives, where needed, to improve team performance
Experience in technical account management or sales engineering.
Strong understanding of Citrix products and services, including EUC (End User Computing) and ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) use cases.
Solid understanding of competitive technologies (VMware, Zscaler, Nerdio, F5, Island, and other competing technologies), and how to position to "win"
