Health Organization is a department created in 2026 and part of International Health Delivery Services. It encompasses Provider Network, Provider Operations, Payment Integrity, Clinical, Partnerships & Control and well as Strategy and Transformation.
Its mission is to drive provider excellence through smart network segmentation, outcome focused partnerships and shared accountability.
The Program Manager is positioned to work hand in hand with a variety of teams and functions, spanning technology, finance, data and analytics operations etc. The role reports into the Head of Strategy and Transformation Director.
Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, governance, business case and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.




Monitor project progress, proactively identify and address risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, executive presentations, and post-implementation reviews.
Analyse project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
Project Management Expertise: 7 years + proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects using established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Reconciliation, Strategy, Finance, Change management
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision making. Change Management: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master or equivalent preferred);
