Sales Development Representative | Dutch or Spanish & Portuguese Speaking

Start or accelerate your sales career with a multi-billion dollar general leader in SaaS. We are hiring two Sales Development Representatives to develop new business across Europe:
- Benelux: Fluent Dutch and business level English
- Iberia: Fluent Spanish, Portuguese and business level English

Whether you already have BDR or SDR experience or are looking for your first move into sales, you will receive the training and support to develop into a strong commercial professional.

The role

You will research prospective customers,



start conversations with decision-makers and understand the challenges their businesses face. Working closely with Account Executives, you will help shape territory plans, create a strong pipeline of opportunities and work with the AEs across the whole sales cycle.

Your day-to-day work will include:
- Reaching prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn and video
- Researching accounts and tailoring your approach to each customer
- Qualifying interest, uncovering needs and booking high-quality sales meetings
- Spotting opportunities with both new prospects and existing customers
- Keeping accurate records in the CRM and following up consistently
- Developing your sales skills through coaching, product training and hands-on experience

What we’re looking for

You must be confident communicating in English and either Dutch for the Benelux role or both Spanish and Portuguese for the Iberia role.
