About The Role
As the Sales Team Manager for PG Filtration you will be responsible for leading and driving sales across six key business segments: Liquid Natural Gas (LNG), Petrochemical & New Fuels, Data Centers/Digital Infrastructure, Power Generation, After Sales, and the Agent Network. Your role leads and coordinates the sales team to achieve annual order intake targets, overseeing business development, domestic and international quotations and proposals, commercial and contractual negotiations, and the effective handover of secured projects to Project Management and Operations. Additionally, you will drive effective CRM adoption,



manages the sales pipeline and forecasting process, and support the Managing Director in developing 3-5 year business plans to deliver sustainable growth. You will work closely with the BU Marketing Team, the role ensures sales and marketing activities are aligned with business priorities and market opportunities.
About Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business goals and manufacturing industry trends to drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and clients.
