We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Asset Management Associate to join our team and support the active management and performance optimization of a portfolio of retail assets.



The successful candidate will assist in monitoring asset performance, identifying value-creation opportunities, supporting investment decisions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure the portfolio meets its strategic and financial objectives.
Location: Sonae Sierra Madrid offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Asset Management Team in managing and monitoring the performance of a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring alignment with approved business plans and investment objectives.
- Assist in the development, implementation and regular update of asset business plans and strategies, preparing the underlying financial and operational analysis.
- Monitor financial and operational performance (budgets, cash flow, revenues, costs and KPIs), consolidating data and preparing structured reports and dashboards in Excel.
