Der Expert Customer Billing & Invoice Operations Specialist ist verantwortlich für die korrekte, regelkonforme und effiziente Durchführung von Finanz-, Commercial- und Billing-Prozessen innerhalb des Cloud-Geschäfts.
Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Bereichen wie Sales, Finance, Operations, Delivery, Partner Management und Customer Management unterstützt die Position den gesamten Order-to-Cash-(O2C)-Lifecycle, stellt die Qualität und Konsistenz von Rechnungen sicher, unterstützt bei kommerziellen Ausschreibungs- und Angebotsprozessen und gewährleistet die Einhaltung standardisierter Geschäftsprozesse.
Die Position verbindet fundierte Finanzkenntnisse mit umfassendem Know-how im Cloud-Geschäft, operativer Governance und ausgeprägter Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz.
