Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services industry
- Resolve complex inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency

- Document all interactions within our CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity

Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)
