We're looking for a proven business developer who can create opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close deals.

This is a growth role. Success will be measured by pipeline creation, partnerships signed, and revenue generated.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success winning business in pharma, biotech, CDMO, CRO, drug delivery, or related life science markets.
- Experience selling proprietary technologies, platforms, or high-value technical services.
- Experience in advanced formulations, spray drying, particle engineering, biologics, injectables, or drug delivery is highly valuable.
- High energy, resilient, and commercially driven. Pharma business development is a marathon, not a sprint.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and driving opportunities through complex sales cycles.
