Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do at Allianz Direct
- Manage and resolve complaints efficiently and thoughtfully, always aligned with internal procedures — and with a genuine willingness to coach and guide the different stakeholders involved along the way.
- Prepare and support executive reporting for senior leadership and other strategic areas of the company, translating data into clear, actionable insights.




- Analyze data and monitor the company's formal complaints dashboard on an ongoing basis, spotting trends and identifying real opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams across the organization, building bridges and keeping communication open and effective.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and services, with a strong focus on elevating the overall customer experience.

- Solid command of digital and office tools, especially Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Copilot, and similar).
