This cross-functional team designs, launches, and scales strategic initiatives that create meaningful professional opportunities for IE students across academic programs, including employer challenges, company engagement projects, micro-internships, experiential learning initiatives, and other innovative career development experiences.

Your role as a Junior Manager will involve: Support the employer engagement strategy for cross-sector, multi-company, and strategic single-company initiatives that enhance students' professional profiles.
Act as the main liaison between Strategic Initiatives and IE's schools, academic units, and corporate departments in and outside Spain.
Support Talent & Careers international representatives by adapting and exporting successful initiatives, processes, and best practices that strengthen employer engagement and student employability.
