Under the supervision of the Global Marketing Communications Manager, this role receives a moderate level of guidance and direction to drive the execution and continuous improvement of marketing communication strategies. Working with the integral marketing team, the marketing and communications specialist will lead the development and implementation of a cross-platform marketing communications plan that supports the business strategies and objectives for the swine and poultry industries in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
General Responsibilities
Own and drive marketing communication initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and business success.
Drive the planning, execution,



and continuous optimization of marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing communication strategies across digital, print, social media, events and PR including event management.
Develop and maintain a clear MarCom roadmap, ensuring projects progress efficiently while adjusting for new business priorities and opportunities.
Develop compelling, audience-specific messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition of NOVUS products and solutions, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content for various platforms.
Develop marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer pain points.
Support and execute thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and speaking engagements to posit
