I live with my 2,8 -old daughter, Ellie. I am looking for someone caring, reliable, and experienced to assist with her care, as I balance work, personal time, and staying active. Ellie is a happy, curious and very active. She loves to learn, she loves music and playing. While I love spending time with her and being hands-on, I need support so I can focus on work and occasional time to recharge. I am looking for someone with: Experience caring for kids around Ellies age. English-speaking skills and a willingness to learn or that understands about child development and Montessori teaching as Ellie wont attempt to kindergarten I still want her to learn everything at home. Basic knowledge of kids diets and meal preparation. First aid skills in case of emergencies. It would also be helpful if you can drive, as this could make occasional outings or errands easier. Flexibility is important, as I may need frequent help during the week.
