Join the Spain Investment Banking and Capital Markets team in Madrid as an Investment Banking Associate.



This role is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of Investment Banking and/or M&A; experience who are looking to support the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions, while providing strategic advice to corporate clients.

Execute mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and financing transactions from initial analysis through completion.
Build and review financial models, company valuations and quantitative analyses to support client recommendations and transaction decisions.
Prepare clear presentations and tailored materials for discussions with clients, investors and senior investment bankers.
Coordinate with clients, advisers and internal product teams to deliver high-quality work across origination and execution projects.
Practical experience in investment banking, capital markets, leveraged finance, transaction advisory, consulting or a relevant Big Four environment.
Strong financial modelling, company valuation, quantitative analysis and presentation skills.
