Pleo is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to join our CX Operations team in Madrid.

You will drive operational excellence, manage CRM systems, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable retention strategies for a SaaS business.

You’ll work with HubSpot/Salesforce, Looker, Vitally, and Power BI, partnering with CX, Sales, and GTM.
Strong analytical xhfqzwm skills and 3+ years in a similar role are required, with remote/hybrid work options available.
