About The Position This hybrid role requires native or bilingual English proficiency and offers uncapped commissions, working within a dynamic sales environment. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions , for a leading e-commerce search technology company. You will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving key performance indicators. Additional Information Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month. The monthly commission target is 600 EUR, with performance multipliers: < 80% of target = x1;80% = x1.3; 100% = x2; 150% = x3. If the quarterly average achievement exceeds 150%, the entire quarter's commissions are adjusted with a 3x multiplier (assessed quarterly on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31).
