You will support projects, manage communications, and organize SharePoint content to be accessible, AI-powered knowledge resources. Key responsibilitie

- Content Creation: Develop and maintain user-friendly SharePoint pages, FAQs,



and process guides to simplify analytics tools for business users.
- Analytics Communications: Prepare updates, organize announcements, and manage communication calendars to ensure clear, timely delivery of information.
- Knowledge Management: Keep analytics resources accurate, well-structured, and easy to navigate so they align with current updates and support needs.
- End-User Support: Empower users by addressing common questions, routing technical escalations, identifying knowledge gaps, and reviewing analytics dashboards and support materials to ensure optimal usability, working links, and clear terminology.
- AI Integration: Organize and optimize content to power AI-enabled knowledge initiatives, including searchbots, Microsoft Copilot, and automated support processes.
