About The Role And The Team
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will support the product lifecycle activities for the LAN/WLAN and AIOps Observability portfolio within the Communications & Data Exchange Business Unit, serving the general Air Transport Industry (ATI).
Reporting to the Product Portfolio Manager, you will work as part of a team of Solution Engineers and Product Managers, contributing to product decisions under guidance while developing your product ownership and stakeholder management capability.
You will focus on market research, customer feedback analysis, backlog refinement, roadmap updates, product documentation and performance reporting, ensuring the managed products maintain a strong competitive position in the market.
What You Will Do
Product lifecycle and market analysis
- Monitor all aspects of the product life cycle for LAN/WLAN and AIOps Observability, including short- and long-term development and marketing activities.
- Perform market and competitive analyses to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure the competitive position of the products.
