We are looking for an experienced
Interim Head of Treasury
to join a complex, international fintech organisation at a key stage in the development of its Treasury function.

The successful candidate will lead the review and transformation of the current Treasury model, bringing together
strategic vision and hands-on execution
. The priority will be to quickly assess the existing setup, identify key areas for improvement and establish a scalable framework for an international, multi-entity and multi-currency environment.

The Project

The role will focus on strengthening Treasury processes, improving cash visibility and forecasting, enhancing governance and controls, and assessing the systems and technological solutions required to support the function.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the current Treasury operating model and define a clear transformation roadmap.
- Improve
cash management, liquidity management, reconciliation and cash-flow forecasting
.




- Evaluate, select and/or support the implementation of a
Treasury Management System (TMS)
.
- Standardise Treasury processes, workflows, controls and governance across entities and bank accounts.
- Manage and optimise liquidity and cash allocation across the organisation.
- Identify and manage
foreign exchange exposure (FX)
and define appropriate hedging strategies.
- Support spot and forward FX transactions where required.
- Review and optimise banking relationships and connectivity solutions, including
multibanking environments, host-to-host connectivity and SWIFT
.
- Define Treasury policies, KPIs and management reporting.
- Support audit, financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for greater
automation, efficiency and scalability
.
- Partner closely with Finance and senior management, providing clear and structured reporting.
