WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 5+ years of professional experience
in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles, ideally within
eCommerce, marketplace, retail, or digital-first environments
.
- Strong
UX and UI design skills
, with advanced proficiency in
Figma
.
- Proven experience designing
customer-facing eCommerce journeys and scalable digital products
.
- Experience with
Design Systems
, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.
- Strong knowledge of
responsive and mobile-first design
.
- Experience creating
user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
.
- Familiarity with
analytics, experimentation,



A/B testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
.
- Ability to use
data and business metrics
such as conversion, engagement, revenue, or task completion to support design decisions.
- Experience working in
international or multi-market environments
is highly valued.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to
influence and challenge decisions
while balancing user, business, and technical needs.
- Fluent English
and strong communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating
real digital products, design decisions, and measurable business impact
