Zina’s Salads is seeking a bilingual Remote HR & People Operations Coordinator to manage digital recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and remote administrative support for our growing food manufacturing operations. This role focuses on streamlining our hiring funnel, digitalizing employee records, maintaining bilingual communication channels, and supporting executive leadership and plant management remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Recruiting & Pipeline Management:
- Drive full-cycle remote recruitment for hourly production, warehouse, office, and technical positions.
- Manage job postings across digital job boards, virtual community groups, social media, and Spanish-language channels.
- Screen applicants via phone/video in Spanish or English and deliver clear advancement recommendations.
- Coordinate interview schedules for plant managers and maintain candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain a digital candidate database to rapidly fill open shift requisitions.

Digital Onboarding & Compliance Records:
- Manage electronic onboarding workflows (I-9 verification,



W-4, direct deposit, handbooks, non-disclosures).
- Coordinate virtual orientation schedules with plant supervisors who execute physical uniform/PPE handoffs.
- Maintain centralized, secure, digital personnel files in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Track probationary timelines, safety training logs, and regulatory compliance records remotely.

Remote Employee Relations & Timekeeping Support:
- Serve as the primary remote point-of-contact for employee inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp messaging.
- Monitor electronic timekeeping logs; audit missing punches, overtime, and time-off requests prior to payroll execution.
- Draft bilingual written warnings, policy announcements, and disciplinary documentation for plant managers.
- Conduct virtual exit interviews and document turnover data.

Administrative & Regulatory Coordination:
- Process unemployment claims, employment verif
