OneTalent is partnering with a growing
B2B SaaS and financial technology
company headquartered in Saudi Arabia to appoint a
Head of Marketing
for its next stage of growth. Its portfolio of technology platforms serves the financial services industry, with solutions spanning investment technology, lending, insurance and AI-enabled financial infrastructure.

With its first products in market, the company is building a distinctive brand and a stronger presence across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, North Africa and other international markets. Reporting to the Founder and CEO, you will establish the marketing function and help it evolve as the business grows.

?The Role

Your first priority will be brand and market positioning: defining how the company and its products are understood, telling compelling stories about complex technology and building credibility with sophisticated B2B customers. You will own both strategy and execution across brand, product marketing, go-to-market, communications and sales enablement.

This is a hands-on builder role. You will set direction and work directly on messaging,



product narratives, websites and materials for important customer conversations, while developing the team and capabilities needed for the next stage.

Brand and positioning:
Define a distinctive corporate brand, clear product positioning and compelling value propositions across the portfolio.

Product marketing and go-to-market:
Work with Product and Commercial teams on narratives and launch plans for products, capabilities and markets.

Content and market presence:
Turn expertise into thought leadership for senior decision-makers; build visibility through digital channels, PR, industry events and relevant partnerships.

Sales enablement:
Create customer stories, presentations and materials that support complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles.
