New Imagination DMC China is a professional destination management company specializing in incentive travel, MICE, corporate events, luxury travel, and tailor-made experiences across China.

As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are looking for a Spain-Based Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and strengthen our relationships with travel and MICE partners across the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and grow New Imagination DMC China's presence in the Spanish market Identify and connect with potential B2B partners, including MICE agencies, incentive houses, corporate travel companies, travel agencies, event agencies, and corporate event planners

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients

* Introduce and promote our destination services in China, including incentive travel, meetings and conferences, corporate events, leisure programs, luxury travel, and tailor-made experiences

* Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities for our China-based team





* Arrange and conduct sales meetings, presentations, destination updates, and product introductions for potential partners

* Represent New Imagination DMC China at relevant trade shows, networking events, workshops, and industry events in Spain when required

* Provide local market insights and feedback to support the company's sales and marketing strategy

* Act as a key local contact between Spanish clients and our China-based team during the business development process

What We Are Looking For

* Based in Spain

* Previous experience in MICE, corporate travel, business travel, events, travel, or destination management

* Good understanding of the Spanish outbound travel and MICE market

* Existing industry connections with MICE agencies, travel agencies, corporate travel companies, incentive agencies, or event planners are highly preferred

* Strong B2B sales, networking, comm
