business that's helping restaurants and hospitality groups transform how they engage with guests and manage operations.

As part of their continued expansion across Europe, they're looking for a
German speaking Customer Support Specialist
to join their customer focused team in Barcelona. If you enjoy working with customers, solving problems, and making a real impact in a growing tech company, this could be the perfect next step.

? What you'll be doing
- Supporting customers throughout their onboarding journey and helping them get set up for success.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients get maximum value from the platform.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to provide seamless customer support.
- Troubleshooting issues, answering product-related questions, and guiding users through best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.




- Building strong relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and hospitality professionals.

✅ What we're looking for
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A naturally proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence supporting customers and delivering product guidance or training.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within SaaS, hospitality, tech, or customer service environments is a plus.

? Language Requirements
- Fluent German (C1+).
- Strong English communication skills for working with international teams.

*As you'll be supporting customers across the DACH region, native or near-native German is essential.*
