As an HR Intern, you’ll gain practical experience by actively participating in key HR processes:

Employee Lifecycle
- Support onboarding plans to ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
- Learn about performance management, training plans, and talent development.
- Assist with offboarding processes and employee transitions.
- Help assess and improve employee experience.
