Your role

As an
IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern
, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and business development.

Your main tasks will include:

? Sourcing and approaching IT candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms

? Screening candidates and supporting interviews

? Building and maintaining candidate relationships

? Identifying potential clients and generating new business leads

? Supporting consultants with business development and market research

? Developing your communication, sales and negotiation skills

? Working towards individual KPIs and targets

Who we're looking for





No previous recruitment experience is required, but
some experience in sales, business development, customer service or another target-driven environment is a strong plus.

We're looking for someone who is:

✔️ Commercially minded and interested in sales

✔️ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
