Associate Accountant
to support the
French and Italian entities
, playing a key role in financial operations and acting as a bridge between local teams and a integral HQ

Your impact in the role:

You will take ownership of accounting and reporting activities for France, while also supporting Italy, working closely with international stakeholders and contributing to the evolution of financial processes

?
What will you be doing?

• Accounts Payable bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting

• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Coordination with local CPA for VAT and tax filings in France

• Support in payroll and social security reporting

• Ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance

• Regular interaction with international stakeholders (Corporate Controller, auditors, etc.)

• Contributing to process improvements (e-invoicing, e-reporting implementation)

What we are looking for:

✔️ 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles within structured environments

✔️ Strong knowledge of
French GAAP (essential)

✔️ Experience in reporting, compliance, and financial closings

✔️ Fluency in
French and English

✔️ High attention to detail and analytical mindset

✔️ Ability to work in fast-paced, international environments

Nice to have:

• Auditing experience

• Exposure to multi-country environments

• Background in media, communication, creative, advertising, or fashion industries
- Candidate based outside Barcelona should be willing and able to relocate at their own expense
